This Policy explains how IV Hub handles your personal data, in line with GDPR and Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) where applicable.

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email), usage data (prompts, number of generations, language), and technical data (cookies, approximate IP address, browser). We do not store card data — payments are processed by Stripe.

2. How we use it

To operate the AI tools, manage your account and subscription, enforce usage limits, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

3. Third-party providers

To deliver the service, we share strictly necessary data with: Stripe (payments), OpenAI and Google (AI content generation), and Google Analytics (usage metrics). These providers have their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies (session/login), analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and referral cookies (affiliate program). You can manage cookies in your browser.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists and for as long as needed for legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hub@ivhelp.ai.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, password hashing, restricted access) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure.
