Welcome to IV Hub ("IV Hub", "we"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The service

IV Hub provides AI-powered communication tools — social media post generation, blog articles, images and brand strategy. Outputs are generated automatically and may require review before publishing.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to enter into a contract.

3. Plans and payment

We offer a free plan with monthly limits and paid plans (Pro) billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; Pro access remains until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable on a pro-rata basis.

4. Generated content

You own the content you generate with IV Hub and may use it commercially. You are responsible for reviewing it and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws. AI models can produce inaccurate information; IV Hub does not guarantee accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, misleading, defamatory or hateful content, to infringe copyright, or to abuse the service (spam, unauthorized automation, reverse engineering).

6. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn commission on subscriptions from valid referred users, as disclosed on the platform. Commissions obtained through fraud or self-referral may be voided.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, IV Hub is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on generated content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
